Whether its a coffee corner, a gourmet kitchen, or a staging area for a large event, Casa Caesarea has the facilities.
The Main Level gourmet kitchen was designed by owner Anne Kleinberg, a New York interior designer who has written several cookbooks and knew exactly what was needed. It includes two large built-in ovens, a warming drawer, steam oven, pot filler, microwave, toaster oven, six-burner gas range, wine refrigerator and professional cooking and baking equipment. Nearby is the large garage which houses a sink and refrigerator and can serve as a staging area for large catered events.
The Upper Level is equipped with a stocked kitchenette – with dishes, cutlery, glassware, toaster oven, microwave, espresso machine and hot & cold water bar. It is located off a corridor leading from the lounge.
The Lower Level Apartment has an eat-in kitchen which can accommodate 6-8 seated. It includes dishes, glassware, cutlery, microwave, toaster oven, hot & cold water bar and espresso machine.
Anne Kleinberg can cater events for clients or supervise hired chefs. Her extensive knowledge of cooking and entertaining adds an extra dimension of service.
